Promo Mechanics
1. The Home Run promo empowers the buyer with a downpayment of as low as 5% and a maximum loan of 95%. All interested individual must visit their bank of choice for consultation and approval. The following schemes are available
RCBC
- 5% downpayment
- Maximum loan of 95%
- Step up feature during the first 4 to 5 years may be granted, with level monthly amortization on the 5th or 6th year onwards.
- Term of 15 to 20 years
Security Bank
- 5% downpayment
- Maximum loan of 95%
- Term of 15 to 20 years
BPI Family Bank
- 10% downpayment
- Maximum loan of 90%
- Term of 15 years
2. The banks will also commit to facilitate loan application. Any buyer who has yet to decide on his purchase will be able to check with the banks outright if he is qualified to borrow, at what amount, for how long, and at what monthly payments.
3. All loans are processed in five working days upon submission of complete documents, subject to the banks terms and conditions.
