Manila's Newest Architectural Gem

Manila's architectural crown just got itself a new gem - and it's designed by You.

The Manila Post Office--- which is a prime example of Neo-classical architecture—along with the Jones and Ayala Bridge were among the notable design fixtures which surfaced during this time.

For a taste of old Manila, a former colonial house dubbed Bahay Nakpil has been transformed into a museum that houses national relics.

Paco Park, with its circular stone walls resemble Romanesque edifices and following the walkway, leads to a quaint chapel where masses and weddings are usually celebrated.

The Manila Metropolitan theatre, designed by leading Filipino architect Juan M. de Guzman Arellano, follows the eclectic and diverse design principles of the Art Deco Movement.

The ease of living and working in the Celadon Manila is further emphasized by the biggest BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) site in Manila, courtesy of the Ayala Land Businesscapes.

Celadon Residences (town homes) and Celadon Park (condominiums), offers a refreshing take on residential living in Uptown Manila - a vibrant lifestyle experience within this progressive development, combining the ease of urban essentials inside an integrated community with leisure at its core.

“We're here not just to put up nice buildings with fancy architecture and that's it, our purpose is to create a community and give them the life they deserve.” says Gilbert M. Berba, Head of Innovations and Design Group of Alveo Land .
