Pack an 'open me first' box before moving.
When you get to your new place, the last thing you want to do is sort through a half-dozen different boxes to find the toiletries and clothes you need. Your 'Open Me First' box should include a change of clothing for each family member, towels, soap, shampoo, medicines and favorite toys for the kids.
